Stewart’s real estate career started with residential sales and marketing in 1996 in Vancouver, British Columbia and it was a natural progression into the resort real estate world. Since 1999 he has been personally involved in the sale of over half a billion dollars of resort real estate in places such as Whistler (BC), Lake Tahoe (CA), Mammoth Mountain (CA), Solitude (UT), Lake Las Vegas (NV), Vancouver Island (BC), the Okanagan (BC), and now the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. He has worked with market leaders such as Intrawest, Playground, and RareEarth Project Marketing to create some of the most successful real estate projects in North America.

Tina’s vast sales experience spans several industries which has helped her connect on a more personal level with many of her clients. Her sales background includes 7 years in the fashion industry, selling across Canada, the US and in the UK. Her overseas sales skills led to her involvement in the British Columbia Film Industry, where she focused on international sales.
Her extensive sales experience ultimately led her into the real estate industry. She obtained her BC Real Estate License and later her Securities Commission Certificate. Working with some of Vancouver’s largest development teams at Macdonald Development Corporation, Wall Financial, and Rennie Project Marketing, Tina quickly excelled and was a top producer. Tina moved from a residential focus to the second home market and subsequently worked on resort real estate projects, contributing as an instrumental part of the development and sales teams.
